Welcome to Hillsmere Mobilize, LLC

 

Our mission is to ignite a spirit of engagement within our neighborhood, uniting residents around a shared vision of our community and building collaboration.

 

We want to invite participation and cultivate meaningful connections and empower every Hillsmere resident to work toward making our neighborhood better and build a strong  community where everyone thrives and is valued.

There are immediate concerns and priorities which Hillsmere Mobilize will be focused on changing:

​

• Supporting our LGTBQ+ neighbors in their efforts to be included in official HSIA events and promotions.

• Access to our beach after dusk.  Did you know we are the only Annapolis Neck beach community that restricts its residents from going to the beach after dusk?  

​

These are not the only concerns, however, and this is just a start. 

​

Many of us in the community realized that the residents of the Hillsmere Shores Improvement Association (HSIA) didn't have an advocacy group to whom residents could go to if the Board of Directors were unresponsive or grossly out of step with a quickly changing neighborhood and demographics.  THIS is that advocacy group.  We will organize and mobilize!
